How do I update my account email address and password?
You can update the login email & password of your Xara account and subscription, or the Billing email, as follows.
Login Email and Password
If you subscribe to a Designer+ product:
1. Click on the Account menu on the top toolbar of Designer+.
2. Select Change Sign in Details...
3. If requested enter your login email address and password, you will then be directed to the Sign-In Details tab
4. You will be asked to verify your current password, then you can change your sign-in email, password or name.
If you subscribe to Xara Cloud:
1. Sign in at cloud.xara.com
2. Open the drop down menu under your company name in the top left hand corner of the Home Screen and click 'Change sign-in details'
3. Enter your current password and click Verify
4) Enter your new email address or password, and click 'Change Email' or 'Change Password'.
Billing Email Address
You may have entered a different email address for your billing or admin contact, this is the address we send the invoice to. This can also be changed:
If you subscribe to a Designer+ product:
1. Click on the Account menu on the top toolbar of Designer+.
2. Select Team Profile...
3. If requested enter your login email address and password
4. Select the Team Profile tab. You will see a Contact Email field, enter your new email address and click Save.
If you are a subscriber to Xara Cloud:
1. Sign in at cloud.xara.com
2. Open the drop down menu under your company name in the top left hand corner of the Home Screen, scroll down to the bottom and click 'More Team Settings'
3. Select the Team Profile tab. You will see a Contact Email field, enter your new email address and click Save.

If you wish to update the information associated with Xara products purchased from or supported by Magix (Designer Pro X, Web Designer Premium, Photo & Graphic Designer, Xara 3D Maker, Page & Layout Designer), such as email address, postal address or password then you should sign In to the Xara Service Center on magix.com. If you are unsure of your password you will find a password reminder hint service on that page. In the Service Center you will see one of these two options (depending on when you purchased): Edit Personal Details or User Data. Click on this option to update your details.
