How do I cancel my Xara subscription?

 

You can set your subscription to non-renewing within your Xara account. Your subscription will then cancel automatically at the end of the current billing period.

Within your copy of Designer+ click on the Billing & Plans option in the Account menu:

 

Sign in with the email address and password you used to subscribe.

Select My Products and Plan and click on View details and manage

 

 

Click on the subscription details then Cancel Subscriptionenter a reason code and click Confirm.

 

 

Note you can cancel the cancellation by following the same process, click on Remove Scheduled Cancellation.
