Error #2029 or Unknown decompression error when installing.

When installing Designer Pro+, Web Designer+ or Photo & Graphic Designer+ you may encounter this error:

This is caused by a corrupted or faulty download of the installer. To fix, try downloading the installer from another browser, or reboot and try downloading, then installing again.
