Viewing a scaled photo at its full size

The Zoom to 1:1 button on the Photo Tool InfoBar adjusts the zoom so that the selected image is shown at full size, which is where each pixel of the image is mapped to each screen pixel. This is useful if you want to edit an image that's been scaled down on the page, but want to see it at its full size while you work on it.
