Can I add live chat in Web Designer / Designer Pro?

Web Designer & Designer Pro offer a good selection of chatbot  widgets in Elements / Designs Gallery.  You can find Web Blocks with embedded chatbot widgets in Modular Websites > Web Blocks, and for the classic 'freeform' templates in Print & Web Components > Other Components. Examples include the live chat widget from tawk.to, but our library of templates and widgets is frequently updated so check Elements/Designs Gallery for the latest widgets.

Add the widget to your web document by clicking Import in Elements, or simply drag and drop the widget from the Designs Gallery, you can then follow the instructions in Web Editable Widgets to customize and insert your form, but note unlike other widgets, the chatbot code should be inserted into the head section of your website.  This is achieved by going to the website tab of Web Properties and clicking on the HTML Code (head) button.

Designer will automatically generate a preview image of the inserted widget, providing a WYSIWYG representation of the published widget on your page.
