Can I add YouTube videos to my website

Web Designer & Designer Pro offer a selection of video widgets in Elements / Designs Gallery. You can find these for the classic 'freeform' web templates in Print & Web Components >  Audio/Video and Web Blocks with embedded youTube widgets in Modular Websites > Web Blocks.

Currently Elements/ Designs Gallery includes widgets from YouTube and Vimeo, but our library of templates and widgets is frequently updated so check Elements/Designs Gallery for the latest widgets.

Add the widget to your web document by clicking Import in Elements, or simply drag & drop the widget from the Designs Gallery, you can then follow the instructions in Web Editable Widgets to customize and insert your videos. Designer will automatically generate a preview image of the inserted widget, providing a WYSIWYG representation of the published widget on your page.

If you don't intend to use one of the bundled widgets you can also insert the code for a solution from another provider into a placeholder - see the article Adding widget placeholders manually .
