Synchronising text across multiple text objects

Sometimes you may want the same text to appear in multiple text objects and for those objects to always have the same text, so that if one is edited they are all updated. You can achieve this using Live Copies if the only difference between the text objects is in the way they are transformed (ie. only their position, scale, rotation or skew needs to differ).
